Studio is great, room is bright and hot. Easy parking. Good changing rooms. Mat and towel service is great. 1 star for lack of tact and safety of male instructor (unauthorized touching, inappropriate allusions, body shaming..) Stick to female-lead classes and you’ll love it :)

Just dropped in yesterday, last minute. This hot yoga studio is absolutely amazing 🤩🙌!! Vicky, the owner, is a solar, beautiful person, both kind 🙏 & strong 💪. She pushes you to give everything … all while being very attentive to your alignments. The place is super clean ✨ and has really good energy (very pure, neat + plants are beautiful). You can feel and see every detail has been carefully designed - intentionally - to bring the best possible experience. Love It / Recommend it

The place is very cozy, everything is very clean, tidy and gives off a good vibe. I like that the atmosphere between students and teachers is warm and the classes are very well directed. The changing rooms are well equipped. In addition, there you have water and towels. Another thing to keep in mind is that you can park easily and it doesn't take long to get there (if you live in Palma or a little further out).

The Hot Yoga Room studio is amazing! The best Original Bikram Yoga on the Island, and honestly one of the best studios I have ever been to! The studio is well located, it is easy to get to, it has parking for cars and bikes! It is super clean and sanitized. The classes have a very good price, which includes a mat, towel, and they have a cold water dispenser to refill the thermal bottle for the class, which is appreciated! They also have the best coconut water in town! I am 24 years old and I had an injury to my knee, Bikram classes helped me recover! The teachers are very kind and attentive, I had a very good experience! I recommend this studio 100%! Thank you :)

Completely new studio, clean and decorated with a super cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I had never tried this type of yoga and it has been incredible to see and feel the evolution of your body as the classes went by. Withstanding high temperatures is quite a challenge! You can feel the effort and professionalism in the direction of each class. Totally recommended!

I am 64 years old and a while ago I had surgery on the tendons in my right shoulder and I went to Hot Yoga Room, because they recommended it to me, and I did Bikram Yoga sessions for the first time, I was going for a while and I have recovered all the mobility of my said shoulder. Without a doubt, it is a center in which all the professionals know how to do their jobs and it should continue to be recommended. The Hot Yoga Room is the best Bikram yoga center in Palma! It has a room with an entire wall of glass so you can see the outside when you practice, which makes it very pleasant. The treatment with clients is affectionate and personalized and you have at your disposal a complete morning and afternoon schedule to choose from with complete 90' ​​sessions guided by great professionals who help you advance in your practice. Very qualified teachers who are involved in your progress, good atmosphere, they provide you with water and towels so you don't have to be burdened (very much appreciated) and you can leave home at the right time and not worry about where to leave the car since there is parking gratuitous. More and more addicted to Bikram yoga! I had heard about the benefits of this type of yoga many times from athletes and celebrities who practice it, but I had my doubts because of the heat, I finally decided to try it and it was definitely worth the effort and sweat. A lot of sweat, yes. It is the perfect activity to obtain the benefits of yoga and functional training at the same time. You feel like you have worked your entire body, but at the same time stretched and loosened each muscle. The heat is only a challenge in the first classes, and it is easily overcome when you manage to concentrate only on the postures and voice of the teacher. They are both cracks! The studio is great, very nice and cozy, with a large window that faces the outside. Everything is very new, they include the mat and towels for practice and the shower afterwards. There is a water fountain to refill your bottle and it is very well connected to the buses that go to Son Espases, with a bike path or you can go by car because you have free parking at the hospital.

I had done other types of yoga and had many doubts about beer yoga. The friendliness and closeness of the teachers eliminate all doubts and fears in classes. This is an experience that is giving me new things, like all yoga, but it is also starting a process of improvement in me, both physically and mentally.
